  <p>Information: Fay M. Rowley, 67, of Charleston, died April 15, 1997, in Memorial Division, CAMC, after a long illness.  She was a homemaker and a member of Davis Memorial Missionary Baptist Church.  She was a native of Jackson County.  Surviving:  sons, Larry W. Rowley of Beckley, Gary D. and Mark A. Rowley of Charleston; brothers, Joe Raines of Kenna, Dick Raines of Cottageville, Roy Raines of Liverpool, Keith and Daris Raines of Kenna; sisters, Macie Sleek of Portland, Ohio, Wanda McClain of Massillon, Ohio, Hazel Rhodes of Vickers, Janet Cogar and Geraldine Anderson of Kenna; six grandchildren.  Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Davis Memorial Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Bob Fields and the Rev. Billy Haynes officiating.  Burial will be in Raines Cemetery, Kenna.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service at the church.</p>
