  <p>Information: John Roush, age 84, of Millwood, died Monday at Jackson General Hospital following a three-week illness.  Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon at the Hopewell Baptist Church at Mt. Alto.  Burial was in the Hopewell Cemetery with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.  Roush&#39;s death was the direct result of his falling three weeks ago while out in the pasture looking for a stray cow.  The injured man crawled to his home but was not found by any member of his family until late in the evening.         Born at Mt. Alto, Roush was the son of Calvin Roush and Louise Click Roush.  He was married to the former Gertrude Thornton, who preceded him in death 10 months ago.  Roush was a retired farmer and a former employe of the B & O Co. and was a past 50-year member of the IOOF Lodge 128 of Cottageville.         Survivors include three sons, Ray and Harold of Cleveland, Ohio, and Bernard of Marietta, Ohio; two daughters, Mrs. Ruby Hunt and Mrs. Ruth Durst of Cottageville; one brother, Elmer of Millwood; a half-brother, Carl Roush of Gallipolis, Ohio; four half-sisters, Mrs. Ida Webster of Rio Grande, Ohio, Mrs. Margaret Jones, Mrs. Opal Gardner and Josie Badgley of Wellsville, Ohio; 10 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.  Casto&#39;s Funeral Home of Evans was in charge of the arrangements.</p>
