Information: Goldie Roush, 95, of Ravenswood, died Sept. 27, 1991, at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley. She was born in Millwood, a daughter of the late Elijah and Mary Shuler Flesher. She was a member of the Millwood Baptist Church, Millwood United Methodist Ladies Aid, and was a mascot for the Midnight Cloggers Dance Team. She is survived by five sons, Grover, Fred and Dwight Roush, all of Millwood, Charles Roush of Marietta and Donald Roush of Syracuse, Ohio; three daughters, Maxine Scarberry and Betty Lathey, both of Cottageville and Linda Roseberry of Ravenswood; five half-brothers, Jesse Flesher of Millwood, Raymond and Roy Flesher of Akron, Robert Flesher of Atwater, Ohio, Ralph Flesher of California; sister, Jose McDade of Chester; two half-sisters, Eva Sayre of McMechen and Ethel Flesher of Springfield, Ohio; 28 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Elmer Roush, in 1982, and 3 sons, Calvin E. Roush II, Kenneth and George, one granddaughter, Sharon Roush. Services were Monday at the Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating. Burial was in the Hopewell Cemetery, Mount Alto.
