Information: Benjamin D. Roush, age 72, of Ravenswood, died Thursday evening at 8 o'clock in St. Joseph's Hospital in Parkersburg, where he had been a patient several weeks.  He underwent an operation last Saturday.  Mr. Roush was one of the leadng carpenters at Ravenswood for a number of years, but due to his health he had been retired for the past few years.  Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth Rawlings Roush; three daughters, Mrs. Ira McIntosh and Mrs. Clara Hupp, of Parkersburg, and Mrs. Clifford Hupp, of Wilding; two sons, Chester and Raymond, of Ravenswood; two sisters, Mrs. Ella Riggs, of Huntington and Mrs. Lina Mansell, of Washington state; one brother, Evert Roush, of Charleston and 13 grandchildren.  Funeral services were held at the Presbyterian church in Ravenswood Sunday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock with Rev. R. T. Gettys in charge and burial was in the Ravenswood cemetery.  [from the Betty Kessel McIntyre obit collection]
