  <p>Information: H. Carl Rouse, 68, of Evans, died April 15, 1990, in Jackson General Hospital after a short illness.  He was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church, Golden Rule Sunday School Class, Eastern Star, a Mason and a Shriner.  He was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II and owner of Carl Rouse Insurance Agency, Ripley.  Surviving:  wife, Virginia L. Rouse; son, Robert of Tampa, Fla.; daughter, Barbara Gero of Martinsville, Va.; mother, Alma J. Rouse of Evans; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild.  Service will be 1 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Epworth United Methodist Church with the Rev. Alvin Angle and the Rev. Hubert Groves officiating.  Burial will be in Tyler Mountain Cemetery, Cross Lanes.  Vail Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Epworth United Methodist Church, c/o Lillian Conwell.</p>
