  <p>Information:     Juanita Farrell Roub, 50, of Ripley, died Monday in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley of a long illness.         The daughter of Mrs. Genevieve Hunter Skeens and the late Everette A. Skeens, she was a housewife, member of the Ripley Tabernacle Church, and a member of Lady Mission.       Also surviving; husband, Donald V. Roub of Ripley; son, Eugene Roub of Ripley; daughters, Teresa Tracewell of Ripley, Mrs. Janet Halstead of Mt. Coal, WV, Miss Kimberly Roub at home; brother, Dempsey Skeens of Given; sisters, Mrs. Janet Nuckles and Mrs. Jackie Guthrie, both of Ripley&#39; four grandchildren.       Services will be today (Wednesday) at 1 p.m. at the Ripley Tavernacle with the Rev. Orland Reynolds and the Rev. Bernard Fox officiating.  Body will lie in state one hour prior to service.  Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley.  Parsons Funeral Home is in charage of arrangements.</p>
