  <p>Information:      Herman D, Rokkism 73, of Circleville, Ohio, died Sept. 21, 1993, at Berger Hospital.  He was born June 20, 1920, in Given, WVa., the son of Nathan and Nettie Casto Rollins.  He was a WWII Army veteran and was retired from Owens Illinois.  He is survived by his wife, Madelyn Harrison Rollins, sons, Richard Rollins of Minneapolis, MN, Roger Rollins of Cheyenne, WY, Ronald Rollins of Circleville; daughters, Sharon Ramsey of Ashville, Susan Watson of Circleville; 9 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; brothers, James Rollins of Baltimore, MD, Frederick Rollins of Sandyville, WV, Everette Ardin Rollins of St. Albans, WV; sister, Dolly Fry of Michiagn.  He was preceded in death by a sister.  Funeral services were held Thursday at the Wellman Funeral Home in Circleville, the Rev. William Haddox officiating.  Graveside service was Friday, Sept. 24th at Fairplain Cemetery, Jackson County, WV.  NOTE:  Herman was a member of the Ripley High School Class of 1940. </p>
