  <p>Information: Hester Aphra Roliff, 89, of Fostoria, Ohio, formerly of Ravenswood, died Sunday in Good Shepherd Home, Fostoria, after a long illness.  Born in Jackson County, she was a member of Kaiser and Douglas Church of Christ in Ravenswood, the Eastern Star, DAR, Navy Mother&#39;s Club, Little Sandy Homemakers Club and Ravenswood Senior Citizens.  She was a foster mother and a former Jackson County schoolteacher.  Surviving:  daughters, Ella Pullins of Arcadia, Ohio, Jane Curry of St. Albans; sisters, Alta Lafferre and Augusta Stephens, of Parkersburg, Icy Gump of Clarksburg, Juda Westberg of Vallejo, Calif., Bess Belden of Guernerville, Calif., Murhl Fortner of Orville, Ala., Vada Smith of Lemon Grove, Calif.; brothers, Charles D. Smith of San Diego, Kay V. Smith of Irving, Texas; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.  Service will be 11 a.m. today (Wednesday) in Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with Evangelist Sam Bartrug officiating.  Burial will be in Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
