  <p>Information: Mrs. Ruth Rogers, 61, of Gay, died Thursday in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, after a long illness.  She was a member of Gay United Methodist Church.  Surviving:  daughter, Mrs. Wilma Jean Kelch of Grafton, Ohio; brothers, Ronnie and Darrell Cummings, both of Gay, Garland and Junior Cummings, both of Harmony, Kenna Cummings of South Bend, Ind.; sisters, Mrs. Ruby Skeen, Mrs. Marie Eisenhart and Miss Lucy Cummings, all of Ripley, Mrs. Blanche Ferrell of Charleston, Mrs. Nellie Jones of Sissonville; four grandchildren.  Service was held Sunday in Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Loris Pullins officiating.  Burial was in Parsons Cemetery, Gay.</p>
