  <p>Information:      David Bernard Rogers, 87, of Dunbar, passed away Thursday, October 17, 2002, at his home.   He was born Nov. 5, 1914, in Fairplain, Jackson County, the son of the late David Jacob and Bell Shinn Rogers.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert P. Rogers.  He retired from Columbia Gas in 1979, after 39 years of service.  He was a member of First Church United Methodist, Dunbar.  He was a member of Kanawha Lodge 25 IOOF, and Nitro Moose Lodge 565.  Mr. Rogers is survived by his wife of 63 years, Fern Marie Good Rogers; daughter, Betty Jo Rogers of Dunbar; brother, Raleigh Shinn ""Tin"" Rodgers of Ripley; sister Eleanor Hugelmeyer of Wilmington, Del.; specail friends, Joe and Judy Kirtner of Cross Lanes, and Wiona Lawson of Dunbar.  Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Monday, October 21, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.  Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, October 20, 2002, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.</p>
