  <p>Information: Charles ""Buck"" Rogers, 55, of Statts Mill, died July 17, 1988, in Jackson General Hospital after a short illness.  He was retired from the State Dept. of Highways.  Surviving:  wife, Maxine Rogers; mother, Edith Rogers Smith; stepsons, Eldon Litton and Erwin Litton, both of Ripley; daughter, Sandy Fisher of Massillon, Ohio; stepdaughter, Eileen Fisher of Dalton, Ohio; brothers, Bill and Butch Rogers, both of Gay; sisters, Ellen Morris of Buffalo, Ruth Ann Anderson of Gay; one grandchild; seven step-grandchildren; six step-great-grandchildren.  Service was Tuesday at Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Orville Walker officiating.  Burial was in Parsons Cemetery.</p>
