  <p>Information: William Howard Robey, 48, of Sissonville, died Thursday in the Kanawha Valley Hospital in Charleston.  He was born in Jackson County, son of Mrs. Belle Robey of Akron, O., and the late Early Robey.  He was custodian of the Staunton Elementary School in South Charleston.  He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Regina Robey; two sons, Larry Steven Robey of Sissonville and Jerry Lee Robey of Charleston; three sisters, Mrs. Vesta Coon of Parkersburg, Mrs. Inez Casto of Evans, and Mrs. Anna Southall of Leroy; and three grandchildren.  Funeral services were held Saturday at the Vail Funeral Home in Ripley, with the Rev. Armor Sayre officiating.  Burial was in the Floral Memorial Gardens at Pocatalico in Kanawha County.</p>
