  <p>Information: Daniel D. Riley, Sr., 93, of West Palm Beach, Fla., died May 28, 1988 at home of an apparent heart attack.  He was born in Ripley and was a former teacher and principal in St. Albans and Holden.  He was a Boy Scout executive for Logan, Boone and Mingo counties in West Virginia before being transferred to the Morris-Essex Boy Scout Council of Morristown, N. J.  He was a charter member of the Rotary Club in St. Albans.  Surviving:  wife, Pauline Riley; son Dan D. Jr. of Morris Plains, NJ; daughter, Mrs. Ora R. Archambeau of West Palm Beach, Fla.; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren.  Service was Wednesday at Mizell-Faville-Zern Funeral Home, West Palm Beach, with the Rev. William Compton officiating.  Burial was in Memory Garden, West Palm Beach.</p>
