  <p>Information: Wayne B. Riggs, 62, of Parkersburg, died Aug. 4, 1988, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg. He was born in Jackson County, a son of the late Benjamin and Minnie Mae Dailey Riggs.  He was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Navy and was retired from Valley Bell Dairy.  Prior to that, he owned and operated the Southside Dry Cleaners.  He was a member of the American Legion Post No. 15.  He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Margaret Smith Riggs; two brothers, Robert of Vienna and Lawrence of Glenville; and one sister, Nancy Sams of Hometown.  He was preceded in death by three brothers and five sisters.  Services were Saturday at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Pastor James F. Kinsler officiating.  Burial was in Sunset Memory Gardens.</p>
