  <p>Information: Myrtle Belle Riggs, 68, of Sandyville, died Saturday, Dec. 10, 1988, in CAMC Memorial Division, Charleston.  She was the daughter of the late Lewis and Millie Gates Stuckey.  She was a Protestant and was a life member of the Daughters of America, the Senior Citizens and was former manager of the Village Cafeteria, Ripley.  Surviving:  husband, Carl Riggs; sons, Charles Keith Morgan, John Max Morgan and Lou Morgan, all of Sandyville; three stepsons, Devon Riggs of Sandyville, Dewayne Riggs of Portland, Ohio, Gerald Riggs of Fairplain; one sister, Goldie Lockhart of Ohio; 18 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.  Services were Monday at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Lawrence Conger, Jr. officiating.  Burial was in Independence Cemetery.</p>
