  <p>Information: Wintfred Dallas ""Bud"" Riffee, 91, of Given, died Monday, August 12, 2002, at his home following a brief illness.  He was born October 10, 1910, at Putnam County, a son of the late Everett E. and Nora Kessell Riffee.  He was retired from Boilermakers Local #667 and was a former employee of Dunbar Glass Plant, Kanawha Glass and Phoenix Glass of Monaca PA.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Vesta Bailey Riffee.  He is survived by daughters, Janet McCormick of Port Orange FL and Carolyn Sue Fisher of Given; son, Danny Riffee and wife Judy of Elizabeth; sisters, Oma Sargent and Wilma Boggess, both of Dunbar; 12 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren.  Funeral services were held on Thursday at the Emma Chapel Church, Liberty, with Rev. Hubert Groves officiating.  Burial in the church cemetery.  Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
