Information: Opal M. Carney Riffee, 83, of Dunbar died Feb. 12, 1998 in Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston. She was a homemaker and a member of First Church United Methodist, Dunbar.  Surviving: sons, Herman Riffee of South Charleston, Lyle Riffee of Dayton, Ohio; sister, Cintella Barnette of Rockcastle; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.  Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar with Pastor John A. Mason officiating.  Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Park, Dunbar.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
