  <p>Information: Hubert Paul Richards, Jr., infant son of Hubert Paul and Donna Cook Richards of Sandyville, was dead at birth Thursday in Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg.  Surviving beside parents, are two sisters, Teresa and Tonya Richards, at home; six half-brothers, James Richards of Sherman, John and Earl Richards in North Carolina, Larry Richards of Ripley, Delmer Richards of Sandyville and Denzil Richards of Ravenswood; three half-sisters, Margorie and Linda Myers of Sandyville and Lornia Santee of Ravenswood; paternal grandmother, Anna Richards of Ripley.  Graveside services were held Sunday at Mount Hope Cemetery with Sinnett Summers officiating.  Parsons Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.</p>
