  <p>Information: Emma Victoria Morehead was born Feb. 26, 1852, died May 3, 1940, at the age of 88 years, 2 months and 7 days.  She was born in Jackson county, the daughter of Oliver and Ura Morehead.  She was married to Elmore Richards in 1872.  He preceded her in death in Oct. 1899.  To this union 11 children were born, two sons, Oda and E...... having preceded her in death.  Mrs. Richards spent her entire life in Jackson county and passed away at the home of her son, Okey Richards, with whom she had resided for several years.  The following children are left to mourn her loss:  Okey Richards of Ravenswood; Anna Griffith of Odaville;  Absolom Richards of Parkersburg; Frank Richards, Akron, Ohio; Frances Patterson of Wilding; Floyd Richards of Ravenswood; Florence Morgan of Evans; Frederick and Clarence Richards, both of Ripley.  She is also survived by one brother, Charles Morehead, of Little Sandy, and one sister, Mrs. Viola Marshall, of Texas.  [Betty Kessel McIntyre obit collection]</p>
