Information: Debbie Kay Richards, 42, of Sherman WV, died December 13, 2002, at her home in Sherman.  She was born February 1, 1960, in Jackson KY, the daughter of James Hatchet and Loretta Taulbee.  She was a homemaker.  She is survived by her husband, James P. ""Jim"" Richards of Sherman WV; several nieces and nephews; and several brother and sisters-in-law.  Funeral services were held Tuesday, December 17, at Roush Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with Rev. Darrell Johnson officiating.
