  <p>Information: William Jessie ""Billy"" Rhodes, Jr., 44, of Gandeeville, died December 11, 2011 at his home.  He was born June 26, 1967 in Jackson County, a son of the late William Jessie and Mary Ellen Westfall Rhodes, Sr.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents.  Billy was a groundsman.  He attened the Hope Community Church, Kenna.  Also, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Survivors include his wife, Lori M. Rhodes of Gandeeville; three sons, Timothy E. Rhodes, Travis L. Rhodes and William C. Rhodes, all of Gandeeville; brother, Thomas E. ""Tommy"" Rhodes of Ripley; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.  A graveside service will be held Thursday, December 15 at 2 pm in the Davis Cemetery,Cicerone, with the Rev. Jack Roberts officiating.  There will be no visitation.  John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, is in charge of arrangements.</p>
