Information: Funeral services were held on Dec. 26 at the Aplin Methodist Church for Otis Weldon Rhodes, 52, who died Dec. 22 at the Veterans Hospital at Clarksburg.  Rev. Noble Harper and Rev. D. C. Guthrie officiated.  Burial was in the church cemetery with the Vail Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.  He was born at Belgrove, W. Va., a son of the late Rector and Alice Westfall Rhodes, and was a member of the Vista EUB church. He was a veteran of World War II.  Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Evadeen Anderson Rhodes; four sons, Kenneth, Curtis, Gary and Larry, at home; one daughter, Sharon Rhodes, at home; five sisters, Miss Ora Rhodes, Mrs. Corda Fields, Mrs. Vergie Fields, all of Staats Mill, Mrs. Thelma Casto of Ripley, and Mrs. Vessie Warner of Sandyville.
