  <p>Information:                 Okey Preston Rhodes, 80, year old Ripley resident, died at the Priddy Hospital in Ravenswood at 10 oclock Tuesday morning following a long illness.  The body is at the Parsons Mortuary in Ripley where the funeral will be held sometime Thursday, but details are not yet completed.  Mr.  Rhodes was born March 25, 1859 near Gay, a son of Arch and Delina Rhodes.  On March 9, 1902 Married Nettie Casto, who survives.  Other survivors are two sons, Smith Rhodes of Springfield, Illinois and Curtis Rhodes of Ripley; two daughters, Mrs. Edward Randall of Marion, Ohio and Mrs. Flaye Miller of Ripley; 11 grandchildren; two brothers, Everett Rhodes of Ripley and Ervin Rhodes of Rogers, Ohioe, and a sister, Mrs. Martha Williams, also of Ripley.  (Betty Kessel McIntyre obit collection)</p>
