Information: Boggess, Mrs. Lessie Koontz, 53, of Given, Jackson County, died yesterday in a Charleston hospital after a long illness.  A member of a pioneer Jackson County family, she was a lifelong resident of that county.  Surviving are her husband, Addie Boggess; two daughters, Misses Mary and Ida Mae Boggess, both at home; seven sons, Laco of Sissonville, Arnold of Hurricane, Freeman and Eldin, both of Cleveland, O., Hillard of Kenna and John and Wendell, both of Given; three brothers, Holland Koontz and Kenneth Koontz, both of Kenna, and Warren Koontz of Windy; and three sisters, Mrs. Charles Miller of Big Chimney, Mrs. Bryan Parsons of Dunbar and Mrs. Guy Landfried of Kenna.  Service will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow at Fisher Memorial Church in Jackson County, with Rev. Charles Scragg officiating.  Burial will be in Koontz Cemetery newar the church.  Long, Johnson and Fisher Mortuary in charge.  The body will be taken to the home of Hillard Boggess at Kenna at 4 p.m. today.   OBITUARY - Jackson Herald - Lessie Lee Boggess, daughter of John S. and Mary Boice Koontz, was born November 11, 1898 in Jackson County and died July 4, 1951 at a Charleston hospital, age fifty-two years and eight months.  On April 7, 1915, she was united in marriage to Addie Boggess.  To this union were born ten children.  Preceding her in death were one son, Willard, who died in infancy, her mother, one brother, and one sister.  Surviving besides her husband are the following children:  Laco of Sissonville, Arnold of Hurricane, Freeman and Elbin of Cleveland, Ohio, Hillard of Kenna, John, Windell, Mary and Ida Mae, at home, and seven grandchildren.  Also surviving are her father, J. S. Koontz and the following brothers and sisters:  Holland of Kenna, Warren of Windy, Dennie of Kenna, Mrs. Charles Miller of Big Chimney, Mrs. Bryan Parsons of Dunbar, and Mrs. Guy Landried of Kenna.  She lived a Christian life from early girlhood and was always a kind wife, mother, friend and neighbor.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
