  <p>Information: J. Cletis Rhodes, 86, passed away November 17, 2012 in Charleston WV.  He was born April 13, 1926 in Charleston WV to Julian Lester Rhodes and Oma Harper Rhodes.  He worked for Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corp., Union Laborer in Roll Shop.  He was a member of Pentecostal Assembly in Racine, Ohio, where he was active in Sunday school and prayer group.  He enjoyed having men&#39;s fellowship with the members of the church and also his fellow retirees from Kaiser Aluminum.  He was an artist and was active in community fitness in Ripley WV.  He retired from Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corp. in Ravenswood.  He served in the U. S. Army in World War II.  Survivors include his children, Dr. Charles Rhodes and wife Carol, Plant City FL, Rita Miller and husband Frederick, Charleston WV, John Rhodes and wife Christine, Parkersburg; grandchildren, Michele Vance Hammack, Charleston WV, Christopher Rhodes, Vienna WV, Steven Rhodes, Parkersburg WV and Benjamin Rhodes, Parkersburg; great-grandchildren, Brooke and Jacob of Charleston WV; great-great-grandchildren, Teleah and Xander, Charleston WV; brother, Robert Rhodes and wife Betty, Charleston WV; step-children, William G. Jeffrey and wife, Sandy, Sandyville WV, Debra Jeffrey McConnell and husband Harold, Wisconsin, Terry Jeffrey Shockey and husband Ray, Ripley WV, and Janet Jeffrey Parsons and husband Danny, Ravenswood WV.  He was preceded in deth  by his parents; first wife, Roberta Ferrell Rhodes in 1989; second wife, Betty Jeffrey Rhodes in 2010; and sister, Genevieve.  Services will be on Wednesday, November 21, 2012, at 11 am at Roush Funeral Home, Ravenswood.  Minister Bill Sheets will officiate the ceremony.
