  <p>Information: A long illness proved fatal to George W. Rhodes, farmer of near Kenna, last Wednesday.  He was 64 years of age and had lived in that community for a number of years.  He had been confined to his home for several weeks and several days prior to his death all hope for his recovery was abandoned.  George William Rhodes was born August 24, 1870, died at Kenna, June 5, 1935, aged 64 years, 9 months and 15 days.  He leaves to mourn their loss, his wife, Ollie Douglass Rhodes, and the following children:  Rufus Rhodes of Kenna; Lloyd, Delpha, Audra, Cloyd and Marie Rhodes, all at home; 3 grandchildren and the following brothers and sisters:  Nancy Rhodes of Ripley, Ethel Gehoe of Columbus, Ohio, Daniel Rhodes of Liberty, and Reubin Rhodes of Bee.  Funeral services were held at the Grasslick Baptist church by Rev.
