  <p>Information: Rhodes, Dayton--Service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Long-Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville, with the Rev. Clarence Edens and the Rev. Orval Walker officiating.  Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery, Kentuck.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.  Mr. Rhodes, 82, of Pocatalico, died Oct. 23, 1993, at Memorial Division, CAMC, after a short illness.  He was a scyth plater for Tru-Temper Corp., having retired in 1972, with 40 years service,a Protestant and a 40-year resident of Pocatalico.  Surviving:  wife, Annabelle Doughty Rhodes; daughter, JoAnn Jones of Pocatalico; son, Larry Lee of Saybrook, Ohio; sisters, Lurie West of Columbus, Ohio, Lucy Reid of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; brother, Willie of Kenna; two grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.</p>
