  <p>Information: Clarence Edward Rhodes, 51, of Ravenswood, Jackson County WV, departed this life September 19, 2002, at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg WV, following an extended illness.  He was born February 23, 1951, in Kenna WV, the son of the late Clarence Albert and Edith A. Landis Rhodes.  He was a US Army veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of the VFW, Ripley Post No. 5501.  He was a carpenter by trade.  Survivors include a daughter, Christina Dawn Jordan of Myrtle Beach SC; brothers, David Rhodes of Sandyville, Leroy Landis of Ripley, Gary Rhodes of Ravenswood; sisters, Linda Reed of Cottageville, Debra Perry of Ravenswood; fiance, Patricia Ann Westfall of Ravenswood; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Terry McClanahan.  Graveside services and burial took place on Sunday, September 22, 2002, at Wilding Cemetery, Ravenswood, with Rev. Darrell Johnson officiating.  Arrangements by Casto Funeral Home, Ravenswood.</p>
