  <p>Information: Blondie Arnold Rhodes, 95, of Statts Mill, was dead on arrival Tuesday, Jan. 6 at Jackson General Hospital after a short illness.  He was a farmer and member of Vista Church, Statts Mill.  Surviving:  sons, James of Statts Mill, Alvin of Ripley, Raymond of Parkersburg; daughters, Pauline Westfall of Statts Mill, Maxine Casto of Charleston; brothers, Leo and Orville, both of Fairplain; sisters, Delphia Morris of Statts Mill, Elva Morris of Youngstown, Ohio; 29 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren.  Service was Thursday, Jan. 8, in Siniaville Methodist Church, Statts Mill, with the Rev. Wayne Hinzman officiating.  Burial was in Casto Cemetery, Statts Mill.  Parsons Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.</p>
