  <p>Information: Warren G. ""Butch"" Reed Jr., 48, of Charleston, died Oct. 15, 1993, at Cabell Huntington Hospital, after a short illness.  He was a disabled truck driver for Cook Motor Lines and member of Teamsters Local 175.  Surviving:  wife, Karen J.; son, Aric, at home; daughters, Melody Craigo of Bancroft, Tammy Light of Huntington; mother, Colleen Estep of Charleston; brothers, Gary and Walter ""Chuck"", both of Cross Lanes, Terry and Mike, both of Charleston; sister, Carolyn Reed of Charleston; grandmother, Minnie Surface of Charleston; two grandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. Monday at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Raymon L. Cobb and the Rev. Carl J. Chambers officiating.  Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Given.  Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m and 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
