  <p>Information: Walter Reed, 88, of Frozen Camp, died Monday, July 2, 1990 at Ravenswood Village Health Center following a long illness.  He was born May 14, 1902, a son of the late Ira M. and Eva Scott Reed.  He was a retired insurance salesman and a member of the Mill Creek Baptist Church.  Surviving:  sons, Robert R. of Gay, William G. of Ripley and Paul of Frozen Camp; daughter, Dot Reynolds of Ripley; sisters, Ruby Pickens of Parkersburg and Goldie Roberts of Spencer; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Hart Reed.  Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 4, at 10:00 a.m at the Mill Creek Baptist Church, with Rev. Wesley Knopp officiating.  Burial will be in Baptist Grove Cemetery.  Friends may call at Parsons Funeral Home after 6 p.m. Tuesday and at the church one hour prior to service.</p>
