  <p>Information: KENNA - Glenn O. Reed, 83, of Kenna, Jackson County, died April 24, 1996, in Huntington Veterans Affairs Medical Center after a long illness.  He was retired from Union Carbide with 30 years&#39; service.  He was an Army veteran of World War II and a lifelong resident of Jackson County.  Surviving:  wife, Docie Slater Reed; son, David A. of Kenna; brother, Kermit of Charleston; sisters, Bertie Garnes and Mildred Grass, both of Detroit, Beulah Moffatt of Charleston; one grandchild. Service will be 1 p.m. Friday at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston, with the Rev. Sattis Parsons officiating.  Burial will be in Rock Spring Cemetery, Kenna.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
