  <p>Information: David Alan Reed, 59, of Sissonville, formerly of Kenna, passed away Feb. 21, 2014 at St. Francis Hospital, Charleston, following an extended illness. He was born Nov. 11, 1954 in Charleston, a son of the late Glenn Otis and Docia (Slater) Reed.  He was a former employee of the West Virginia Department of Highways in Ripley.  His daughter, Marissa Reed of Dunbar, survives him.  Service will be 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 24, at Casto Funeral Home Chapel, Evans, with the Rev. Edward Damron officiating.  Interment will be in Rock Spring Cemetery, Kenna.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the time of service.  Email condolences may be sent to castofh@gmail.com.</p>
