  <p>Information: BUFFALO - Roma L. Smith Raynes, 94, of Buffalo, died Oct. 15, 1995 at Heartland of Charleston after a short illness.  She was a member of the Riverside Baptist Church, Red House, a charter member of the Buffalo Chapter Order of the Eastern Star 150 and a member of the Buffalo Senior Citizens.  She and her husband, C. H. Raynes, established the Raynes Funeral Home in Buffalo.  Surviving:  daughter, Nyana R. Rowley of Charleston; son, Charles S. of Buffalo; granddaughters, Jana Olah of Charleston, Kimberly Bias of Smyrna, Tenn. Mary Raynes of Buffalo; six great-grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Raynes Funeral Home, Buffalo, with the Rev. Michael D. Hanna and the Rev. Timothy L. Bias officiating.  Burial will be in the Buffalo Memorial Park.  Friends may call 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
