  <p>Information:      PARKERSBURG - Mary Elizabeth Staats Ray, 80, of Parkersburg, formerly of Ripley, passed away Friday, August 24, 2007, at the West Virginia Masonic Home, Parkersburg.  She was born December 19, 1926, a daughter of the late Cecil and Susie Peers Staats.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Ripley.  Survivors include her sons, John Ray and wife Janet of Milton, DE and Cecil Ray and wife Cyndie of Winfield; grandchildren, Buck Ray, Butch Ray, Jamie Beth Forte, Jeff Ray, Zachery Ray, Malissa Ray and Katie Tony; sister Evelyn Thomas of Hillsboro, OH and nine great-grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Rex Calvin Ray; son James E. Ray, brother Edwin Staats and sister Onalee Rader.  Services were held Monday, August 27, 2007, at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with Pastor Basil Hensley officiating.  (Burial was in Fairplain Cemetery.)  Donations may be made to the West Virginia Masonic Home, P.O.
