  <p>Information: BENBROOK - James Edwin Ray, a software designer, died September 29, 1999 at his Benbrook home.  He was born January 18, 1946 in West Virginia to Rex and Mary Ray.  He was a member of Hemphill Heights Masonic Lodge #1164 AF & AM and Fort Worth Scottish Rite and Moslah Shrine Temple.  Masonic services were held Friday, October 1, 1999 at Benbrook Funeral Home chapel under the auspices of Hemphill Heights Lodge. Interment will follow in West Virginia.  Survivors include his mother, Mary Ray, of Ripley WV; children, James Ray II of Austin TX, Guy Lee Ray of Arlington TX and Jame Ray of Houston TX; brothers, John B. Ray of Charleston WV and Rex Cecil Ray of Winfield WV.</p>
