  <p>Information: Sybil Ellen Rawlings, 60, of Ripley, died Thursday, Nov. 27, in Jackson General Hospital after a long illness.  She was a member of the Epworth United Methodist Church, the United Methodist Women and the Order of Eastern Star Chapter 17.  Surviving:  husband, Ernest T.; sons, Harry E. of Beckley and Kevin B. of Ripley; brother, Donald Swiger of Gettysburg, Pa.; mother, June Swiger of Lumberport; two grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.  Service was Saturday at the Epworth United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Harold Custer officiating.  Burial was in Jackson Memorial Garden, Cottageville.  Vail Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.  Memorials may be made to the church in care of Leah Pitts, secretary.</p>
