  <p>Information: RIPLEY  (Special)  Onna L. Rawlings, 60, of Ripley, died Sunday at the home of his sister, Mrs. Ina Chancey, after a long illness.  He was a veteran of World War I.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Vail mortuary chapel here with the Rev. Ralph Mahoney officiating.  Burial will be in Mount Calvary cemetery here.  Mr. Rawlings was born Jan. 26, 1893, at Fairplain, the son of James and Mary Staats Rawlings.  On Aug. 3, 1919 he married Miss Wilma Casto.  He was injured while in military service and had been an invalid.  Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Wilma Rawlings of Charleston; one son, James F. or Charleston; one daughter, Mrs. Alvie Lilly of Toledo, O.; one sister, Mrs. Ina Chancey of Ripley; and two grandchildren.</p>
