  <p>Information: Charles Franklin Rawlings, 71, of Cross Lanes, died Thursday, Nov. 24, 1994, at CAMC General Division after a short illness.  He was a native of Ripley.  He became ill shortly after leaving his home Wednesday for Florida.  He was a retired instrument technician from Kaiser Aluminum.  He was a former employee of Union Carbide and Monsanto.  He was a trustee and member of Cross Lanes United Methodist Church.  He was a former Boy Scout leader.  He worked for many years with Nitro Little Leagues and the St. Albans American Legion baseball teams.  Surviving:  wife, Elaine Staats Rawlings; sons, Larry Franklin of Teays Valley, Charles Dana of Birmingham, AL: brother H.</p>
