  <p>Information: Lucille Ratliff, 71, of Cottageville, died Monday, Jan. 4, 1988 at Jackson General Hospital after a short illness. She was born in Kanawha County, daughter of the late Robert and Fannie Grass Blount. She was a retired cook for the Jackson County Board of Education. She was a Baptist and a member of the Cottageville Senior Citizens. Surviving: husband, Sebert J. Ratliff, Cottageville; sons Gerald of Campbell&#39;s Creek, Bobby of Ripley; daughter, Shelba King, Bloomdale, Ohio; brothers, Eugene Blount and James Woodrow Blount, both of Campbell&#39;s Creek; sisters, Helen Mae Butts, Campbell&#39;s Creek, Betty Jones, Rand; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday, 2 p.m. at Casto Funeral Home with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating. Burial will be at Jackson County Memory Gardens, Cottageville. Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. Wednesday</p>
