Information: After many weeks of patient suffering, Mrs. Zona Rardon, wife of Mr. E. E. Rardon, a prominent resident of Ravenswood, passed peacefully away at 6 o'clock Saturday evening.  Mrs. Rardon had been ill for several weeks with a malady resembling brain fever and her death was not unexpected. Mrs. Rardon was a pure christian woman and a member of the Baptist church.  She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Riley Staats.  She was married when quite young to Frank Knopp, who lived only a few years.  In 1910 she was married to E. E. Rardon, who with one daughter, Edra Knopp, her parents, four sisters and two brothers, survive.  Funeral services were conducted by Rev. J. E. Hutchinson and Rev. F. P. McClure at the home at 4 o'clock Sunday afternoon.  The remains were interred Monday in the Frozen Camp cemetery.   (McIntyre)
