  <p>Information: Charles E. Rardon, 87, of Piedmont, formerly of Spencer, died Sunday in Piedmont, S. C.  He was born in Jackson County, and was a member of Spencer First Baptist Church.  He formerly owned and operated Rardon Barber Shop in Spencer.  He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Spencer.  Surviving:  wife, Dessie Archer Rardon; daughters, Mrs. Jean Riges of Long Island, N.Y., Mrs. Lois Edler of Sidney, Ohio; sons, Earl of Piedmont, S. C. with whom he made his home, and Carl of Ashland, Ky.; sisters, Mrs. India Custer and Mrs. Merle Reis, both of Florida; brother, Delbert of Ravenswood; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.  Services will be today (Wednesday) at Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with the Rev. Lester Walker officiating.  Burial will be in Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
