Information: MRS. RARDIN, BECKLEY, DIES -  Mrs. W. H. Rardin, of Beckley, died at her home of heart trouble last Thursday.  Mrs. Rardin is a sister of C. C. and W. E. Staats of this city.  She was 63 years old.  Funeral services were held at her home Saturday and burial was made in the Ravenswood cemetery.      Mrs. Rardin is survived by her husband, one sister, Mrs. Rosa Rardin of Chicago;  three brothers, C. C. and W. E. Staats of Ripley; Theodore Staats of Reedy; three half sisters, Mrs. Roy Kessel and Mrs. A. A. Shinn of Ripley and Mrs. Roush Vance of Parkersburg.
