  <p>Information: SOLDIER KILLED AT TEXAS BASE - Pfc. Johnny W. Ranson, 19, of Liberty, who has been stationed at Fort Hood, Texas, was killed at Kileen, Texas Saturday when he was struck by a train.  Details of the accident were not immediately available, but it was reported that Army authorities were investigating the case.  He entered the service on August 4, 1961.  He was a member of the Liberty Community church.  Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth C. Ranson of Liberty; two brothers, Jimmy of Dunbar and Jerry of Liberty; one sister, Mrs. Reba Hanna of Liberty; his grandmother, Mrs. Maude Ranson of Liberty and his great-grandmother, Mrs. Minerva Davis of Liberty.  The body is being returned home for funeral and burial services.</p>
