  <p>Information:                 Funeral services for Oscar Blaine Rankin, 65, of Kenna, were held from the Fairplain Church on Sunday afternoon and the burial was in the Fairplain Cemetery.  Mr. Rankin, a prominent farmer of the Kenna section of the county, died at his home there Thursday evening.  His condition had been critical for several days and death had been expected.  He was a son of the late George W. and Mary Riley Rankin and was born in that community and spent his life there.  Survivors include the widow, whom he married on 23 August 1914, Mrs. Icy Harpold Rankin; four sons, W. W. Rankin of Charleston, W. M. Rankin of Kenna, R. F. Rankin of Indianapolis, Indiana and W. E. Rankin of Newark, New Jersey;  one daughter, Miss Pauline Rankin of Charleston, a sister, Grace Rankin of Kenna, and three grandchildren.  (Betty Kessel McIntyre obit collection)</p>
