  <p>Information: RIPLEY - William Clinton Randolph, 75, of Ripley, died Oct. 6, 1998, in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, after a short illness.  He was retired from Libbey-Owens-Ford Glass Co. with 23 years&#39; service.  Surviving:  wife, Thelma Anderson Randolph; daughters, Sharon Matthews and Ruth McCune, both of Kenna, Nancy Mosley of Bristol, Va.; sisters, Virgie Slate of Charleston, Ada Parsons of Ripley; three grandchildren.  Service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. S. R. Parsons Jr. officiating.  Burial will be in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
