  <p>Information: Theodore Randolph, 79, Route 2, Sandyville, died Thursday at his residence after an extended illness.  He was born in Roane County, a son of the late William and Maggie Miller Randolph. He was a member of the Mount Hope Church and a retired farmer.  He is survived by a son, Cecil Clair Randolph of Sandyville; two daughters, Mrs. Florell Snyder of Silverton and Mrs. Mary Hinzman of Fort Payne AL; four brothers, Willard of Murraysville, Cordon of Racine, Ohio, Leo of Hebron, Ohio and James Randolph in Ohio; two sisters, Mrs. Mattie Maxwell of Ripley and Mrs. Flonnie Spears of Columbus, Ohio; 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.  Services were Sunday at the Mount Hope Church with the Rev. Don Hinzman officiating.  Burial was in the Mount Hope Cemetery.  Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
