  <p>Information: Mrs. Sharon Kay Randolph, 32, of Millwood, died Friday, Oct. 26, 1990, in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, Ohio, after a long illness.  She was a waitress at Cedar Lakes, Ripley.  Surviving:  husband, Darrell Keith Randolph; son, Kenneth Wayne, at home; daughters, April Dawn and Cheryl Ann, both at home; parents, Kenneth and Naomi Franklin of Elkview; brothers, William Franklin of Sissonville, Kenneth Franklin, Jr. of St. Albans; sisters, Diania Franklin of Baltimore, Karen McCartney of Charleston; grandparents, William Jett of Fayetteville and Hazel Franklin of Ravenswood.  Services were Monday at Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, with Elder Glen Pennington officiating.  Burial was in Given Cemetery.</p>
