  <p>Information: Roxy Randolph, 93, of Ripley, died February 20, 1995, at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley.  She was born in Jackson County, a daughter of the late Robert and Lucy Davis Janny.  She was a member of Salt Hill Church, Fairplain.  Surviving:  sons, Junior Lee Randolph, James A. Randolph, and Christopher W. Randolph, all of Ripley; daughters, Virginia Casto, Frances Ashby and Lucy Randolph, all of Ripley, Belva Jean Reed of Gay, Joyce Ann Lockwood of Lynchburg, VA; 22 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; 17 great-great-grandchilren.  Service 1 p.m. Wednesday (today) at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Don Hinzman officiating.  Burial will be in Fairplain Cemetery.</p>
