  <p>Information: Mrs. Nellie A. Randolph, 80, of Murraysville, died May 10, 1989, in Ravenswood Village Health Center after a long illness.  She was born in Jackson County, a daughter of the late Onnie and Maggie Price Shields. She was a member of Coleman Chapel Methodist Church.  Surviving:  husband, Willard; sons, Cleophus of Stark, Ky., Everett of Murraysville, Leopha of Highland, Ohio, Gerald of Galion, Ohio, Willard, Jr. of Oklahoma City, Okla.; daughter, Betty King of Evans; brother, Donald Shields of Canfield, Ohio; sisters, Darlie Ledbetter of Sandyville, Rosie Rowley of Irondale, Ohio, Eva Fox of Parkersburg; 34 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.  Service was Saturday at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. James Pinkerton officiating.  Burial was in Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley.</p>
